"By the Shores of Silver Lake", By Laura Ingalls Wilder
chapter:"The Wonderful Afternoon"
As Laura and her Pa watch the railroad men at work this exchange occurs.
Suddenly she asked, "Pa,was that what made the very first railroad?"
"What are you talking about?" Pa asked.
"Are there railroads because people think of them first when they aren't there?"
Pa thought a minute. "That's right," he said.
"Yes, that's what makes things happen, people think of them first. If enough people think of a thing and work hard enough at it, I guess it's pretty nearly bound to happen, wind and weather permitting."
I'd like to add to what Pa believes with the thought that it will only happen: Lord permitting TOO!
This reminds me so much of our work with the Restoration Ranch. It began with a thought and now with enough people catching the vision and working hard and "Lord permitting" we will see this great work come to reality.

Hey Griffin family! Loving you and missing you!
Hey! Shay, it was so good to see you at the ranch. Gwyn, we would have loved to see you and the kids. We are very excited that you all have a house to move into come fall.
Blessings,
Cathy
